Explain the whole cow bell thing? I am guessing the NCAA lets you bring in sound devises into the stadium to enhance the level of noise? Are there any restrictions as for as actual game play when they can't be used? No butt hurt here trust me I just find it odd that the NCAA would not have some sort of rule in place for these aggravating as hell cow bells. Just curious
