For Dabo to be hypocritical, he would have to jump all over other coaches for withdrawing a scholarship to commits who decided to take more visits.
That's never happened. He's never said that commits can't take visits. You are flogging a straw dog.
I won't beat up on Dabo if he leaves, I don't get emotionally attached to coaches. I understand some people want to go back home sometimes. I don't think it is a guarantee he would go back to Alabama unless Clemson has some bad-mediocre years and he's on the hot seat. He's been at Clemson much of his adult life and has made a lot of money here and it is a prettier area than Ttown due to the lakes and mountains nearby.
He's credited with getting Clemson to another level. If he goes to Alabama, he will be seen as Saban's replacement and will constantly be compared to Saban. A school that won 3 titles in 4 years is going to have unrealistic expectations. I don't that would be a wise move for Dabo but you never know.
