I hate to do that to a smaller company, but I've been screwed by employers too.
And illegals don't affect me. If someone's illegal, they won't have the certifications my job requires. And I don't care who uses the tools, as long as they work hard and give a damn.

What position are you applying for? If it's superintendent or above don't take the job then leave, it'll come back to haunt you. If it's something like estimator take it and bolt if something better comes along.
