Just take the offer you have, and if an interview with the other company comes up, go to it. If they make an offer, leave the job you took and go there.
Hedge your bets. It's a tough world there these days, don't worry about someone being mad at you. Gotta look out for priority numero uno

I hate to do that to a smaller company, but I've been screwed by employers too.
And illegals don't affect me. If someone's illegal, they won't have the certifications my job requires. And I don't care who uses the tools, as long as they work hard and give a damn.
