There's a vast difference between interest and (to steal a recruiting phrase) committable offer.
If you think you'd like the people and the 'less pay' isn't a drastic, significant life style altering difference I'd take the job that's on the table.

I like that metaphor. But it's tough to commit to Troy, when you've got Bama talking and showing interest.
