Sounds a little too Yummy ~ all over again. the basketball arena was a complete funding nightmare for all Commonwealth taxpayers.

didn't ol TJ have to go out and hire the same attorney for General Counsel that the goats in Chapel Hell were using (to cover up and deflect NCAA scrutiny) regarding Lville's tax problems on the debt nightmare that is the Yum Center?

Props to UK for not being sketchy & underhanded in your facility management and planning

YUM was set up to revert back to UL at pennies on the dollar which was actually pretty smart on their part. The guy that made the money on the deal was a UK alum tho, as did some of his buds.

More of the rich from UK and UL making bank of the taxpayers of KY wallets and purses.
