yes. it's called poor management from the owner and GM down. here is the thing in the NFL. if your a head coach coming from college to the nfl. You are losing a ton of power/control. sometimes you don't even get to choose who you draft. this is why bret didn't go. it's why bill belechick has been so successful. he has an organization who is on the same page as him and gives him the freedom to run his team and draft his guys. places like the cowboys/jets the owner/GM is the one making the roster and decisions. once again screw you to the LSU fan and auburn fan who called me a liar when in fact they was the one talking out thier arse.
