Yeah, I had more than a couple of leaders in my chain of command who were quite laissez-faire in their style.

I thought it interesting that people have used the "military" terminology in describing both Fran and the current t.u. coach, and thus far their tenure trajectories at the TX flagship have been similar. Hope that continues
