So you mean to tell me after one drink everytime you've gone out you are getting a cab or a motel? Yeah that's the good thing to do but I would bet an extremely small percentage of people would actually do that.

So if that is the case, where you do not have a ride or a place to stay, you skip the first drink in the first place. The key being taking responsibility first and having a plan from the start instead of making a plan down the road. Do this and you will be surprised how easy it is. It also prevents much unneeded headache and heartache. Oddly enough, if you get known for it over time, you will be surprised that folks will help you. I was serious about cops driving me home when I was younger and some became lifelong friends.

The other thing I have noticed is solid DD's are good about taking turns if it gets balanced pretty evenly. You can make plans, or you can make excuses, and only you can do it. I am only offering suggestions on how to do it.
