While I see where you are coming from, I disagree. Driving isn't a right, it's a privilege. If you are willing to get behind the wheel after drinking and put someone else's life on the line, you deserve to pay the price.

With that being said, I still (stupidly) drive home when I'm buzzed at times.

Yeah it's not good to drink and drive at all but I guarantee 8/10 people have drank a beer/wine and drove. These people posting here acting like they never have is bullshite. You mean to tell me every time you've gone out to a dinner you've never had a beer? And a lot of the times you won't have a DD.
