I'm guessing you've never actually done this. You will still get a DUI even if you do all that. When you sign your driver's license you agree to blow. If you refuse they'll just give you a field sobriety test and arrest you for refusal to blow.

A lawyer will have a much easier time getting you an off the charges when they have minimal evidence. Not saying it always works but.... the more obsticles you give them, the better the outlook.
