Briles is not the University. The kid never practiced or played for the team. The coaches do not investigate rapes or any other crime. The University and the Baylor PD are on the hook for this, I don't see Briles taking the heat outside of the "recruiting a questionable person", which every coach in America is guilty of.

DGB had MULTIPLE cases of violence against women and still ended up at Oklahoma, they even tried to get him to play that very season.
