Also he never said after cognitivly accepting Christ that you have to be baptized he just said that the Baptist Church split from other protestants because they believe it is an outward expression of their new faith in Christ. Baptism has nothing to do with being saved. According to Christianity we are not saved based off of works or merit but unmerrited favor from God.
