I don't understand.... how does an Auburn fan know who on Mississippi State is better player when he is a senior... those who were seniors last year or those who are seniors this year?

The point seems to be that MS recruits players that will stay in the program four or five years... they do not lose key players to the NFL and then have to generate new team continuity.

The State offensive line have been together four full years, eating together, living together, practicing together. All were at least 3 stars coming out of high school and now are fourth or fifth year players...no breaks in service... a unit all with the same age and experience, old and lots.

I worry about such things and maybe Auburn fans should too instead of being jerks on a chat board. It is rather inane to tell another team that replaces starters every year about how they cannot replace starters. Better to study those replacements carefully and see how they match up with your team.

But that supposes some desire to actually evaluate football.
