Not much you can do about the arrests. College kids do a lot of stupid shite and alot of these kids aren't from the best backgrounds. I think how you discipline them is a far bigger problem.

I think we should go back to just providing "incentive" for the police to just quietly sweep most player incidents under the rug the way they used to back in the day.

I don't recall 18 arrests for us, unless they consider citations arrests.
