First, the DL is destroying the OL every day, 1 on 1, in practice. McKenzie, Phillips, and Barnett all seem especially dominant. That being said, I only have confidence in 3 of our OL, Kerbyson, Roberson, and Kendrick. I do think the DL will be ridiculous... I just hope the OL can get to average or a little above. OL will feature 3 true freshmen in the 2-deep. Looks to be the only liability position-wise. WRs look great, especially sophomore Josh Malone. Preston Williams and Juan Jennings seem like they will be the real deal. North is banged up. Enough depth and talent at the position to withstand injuries though. QB - Dobbs looks to be stronger and more accurate throwing the football. CBJ finally has confidence in a QB going into the season. Dormady, true EE freshman, is firmly planted as the 2nd stringer. He is big, deceptively athletic, and has a great arm. We really need Dobbs to stay healthy though. RB - Hurd and Kamara will both be great. Problem is, there doesn't appear to be anyone very impressive behind them. Very little depth, but Hurd, at 242 lbs, will punish opposing LBs and DBs. Kamara possesses speed that UT hasn't seen at RB since LaMarcus "Cocaine" Coker. DE - Barnett, Maggitt, and Phillips will be ridiculous. Barnett is unblockable one on one. Phillips, though only a freshman, has the coaches raving about his talent and work ethic. Fortunately, there will be a 3rd and long package implemented that will allow 4 DEs on the field at once to rush the passer. DT - Tennessee hasn't had talent and depth at DT like this in a decade. It will feature a 6 man rotation: O'Brian, McKenzie, Tuttle, Mixon, Vickers, and Williams. McKenzie claims to be at 330, but his teammates all say he is 350+. Stripling says he is raw, but he's never seen a DT like him before. In totality the DL will undoubtedly be the strength of this team. LB - UT will run a base 4-2-5, so it will primarily feature 2 LBs... JRM is fantastic, but there is just a lot of young talent behind him. Freshman Darren Kirkland Jr. and RS Freshman Dillon Bates will likely get the start at MLB. Lot of depth at this position. CB - Cam Sutton will be one of the best in the nation. Justin Martin and Emmanual Moseley are both very talented as sophomores. Moseley has been shutting our WRs down in practice and scrimmage situations, so I'd imagine he starts opposite Sutton. Gaulden, a sophomore, will start at NB. He excels in run support. S - Features a great blend of leadership and talent. Seniors Brian Randolph and LaDarrel McNeil will start, but the rotation will be 4 guys deep. Sophomores Evan Berry and Todd Kelly Jr. will be 2nd string. I think the minutes will be divided up pretty evenly though, as the sophomores appear to be the more talented safeties.

Great summation.

All I could add is that sophomore Ethan Wolf at TE should be very solid. Also, Senior Alex Ellis should be very good as well. Behind them, TE is a question mark.

Would love to see Creamer finally step up and contribute. Jakob Johnson has the athleticism for it.
