How is it that UGA loses so many in-state 5 star athletes? I don't get it.

In Preston Williams' case, because Tony Ball isn't a good recruiter.
In general, because there are a lot of them and a lot of schools recruiting them. Georgia gets a lot of them, but it's no fun for opposing fans to discuss the ones that Georgia does get.
