Emmitt was great, but whoever said he is the best NFL rb of all time is high. Walter Payton, Barry Sanders, and Jim Brown were all A LOT better. Give any of those guys that Cowboys offensive line that was insanely good and their stats would be on another level. Those 3 are the greatest of all time to me. Emmitt is right there with OJ, dickerson, faulk, and campbell. As for the SEC pantheon, I would probably go Walker, Bo, McFadden, and then a huge drop and have Emmitt, kevin faulk, and shaun alexander in some kind of order.

This is fricking blasphemy! We can talk about better cuts, more power downhill, etc. But nobody was A LOT better than Emmitt Damn Smith. He's the most elusive and tough to tackle back of all time. You know why you've never seen Emmitt get lit up? Cause it didn't fricking happen. Wash your mouth out with soap, and get out of here with that shite!
