Word is that TCU's co-OC Cumbie who doesn't have play calling responsibilities turned down Strongs 1,000,000+ 3 year guaranteed offer to be horns OC with complete control

It is also rumored that sips gave strong a new contract to help convince Cumbie that strong has job security.
If strong gets to a bowl game and wins it he is assured to be the coach in 2017
Which means if he bombs the bowl and they decide to can him they are screwed
