re: Cocaine bust by the Coast Guard last month... submarine/12,000 lbs/$181 million

It may be related to the 16,000 lbs bust off of Florida in late July. Same m.o. of submerged vessel. Navy was illegally doing law enforcement work searching for drug vessels.

Edit: bust was off el salvador, p3's were flying out of Florida and that's where the coast guard brought the drugs
