No, it's not. Drugs aren't my thing, but if someone wants to smoke some weed they should be able to do it. If they want to grow it for personal use, they should be able to do it. If they want to snort some nose candy, they should be able to do it. The government shouldn't be able to tell someone what they can and cannot put into their own bodies. And don't even get me started on civil forfeiture.
