Ken Webster provided quality depth last year and now we have a seasoned db to battle Shepard for the starting job.

Agreed.
Getting 15 snaps in the fourth quarter when we're railing New Mexico State by 45 points isn't technically "experience."
Getting 10 snaps against LSU in the third quarter when the score is knotted at fourteen is most definitely experience.
