Very similar to Arkansas in '65, when we finished on a 22-game win streak. I see your argument, and in all honesty, I think the networks setup things up for Arkansas and Texas to be ranked 1-2 at the end of the season in '69.

Oh yeah. This used to happen all the time when there were only 1 or 2 games on TV. Michigan State-Notre Dame is probably the other most famous example
