That's a great point. But to be fair Auburn wasn't who we thought they were either. But still a very legit W for our boys

In terms of teams not being who we thought they were:

Games are played when they're played. Sometimes, teams turn out to be different based upon the fact that you beat them when the game was played. If you don't beat them, their season may have turned out to be completely different. SCAR last year is a case in point. Looking back, it seems like no big deal. But at the point when the game was played, it was a big deal. NOBODY gave us a chance in hell to win that game. First SECN game, first college game of the year, on the road, super hostile environment. If that game had turned out 59-0 SC, nobody would have been surprised. But KDS and his team stood up in the face of all that and won the game going away. If we melt and SC wins, which any A&M team without Jackie or KDS at the helm would have done, SC's season might have looked very different. You can't underestimate what confidence can do for a team. We fricked up SC's world. They still haven't recovered from it. But that happened because we did it to them when the game was played, with everything that was going on at that time.
