I've been too busy worrying about the upcoming baseball season. I will edit if I see some good predictions.

11. South Carolina: Frank Martin's kind of just ... existing at South Carolina. The Gamecocks still don't have depth. Sindarius Thornwell a darkhouse all-league choice.
Not sure I agree with this opinion. USC had moderate success last season as the first winning season under Martin (17-16), but had a fairly youthful roster that was inconsistent but has shown improvement in each of Martin's 3 seasons in Columbia.
Last season USC lost 6 games by 4 pts or less: improve just slightly in execution and likely half of those losses would have been wins, and USC would have had a 20-win season playing the SEC's 5th-best strength of schedule and 37th nationally.
USC returns for 2015-16 all but one of the key contributors from last season, and will add to the roster 5 new players including 5* and McD AA CG Perry Dozier who is a legit talent, and 4* PF Chris Silva who is a bit raw but an athletic freak.
There's a lot of optimism and excitement for the men's program heading into next season. The overall athleticism and ability to play above the rim will improve substantially with the new talent. I'm expecting the team to make post-season tournament play of some kind next season...

I predict that you should wait until October/November to give up on football. Then again, Mississippi State might start basketball season in September.

Jesus, not a lot of faith from CBS on Avery Johnson.
