Greg went like 6-12 with 50 yards.
So Muschamp doesn't get credit for that then?

He just couldn't stop Richardson and Ingram, knowing the run was coming.
Yeah, they were so unstoppable that they could only pick up two first downs for 25 minutes straight in the 2nd half.

Alabama's offense averaged 4.2 yards per play (Texas offense averaged 3.9 yards per play). And you have fans in here saying it was "swiss cheese" all night.

And we'll also ignore that Texas' offense gave Alabama the ball five times that game. Because the offense doesn't have an effect on the defense, amirite?

We can ignore this as long as we can ignore Bama having the worst special teams game of the year; Bama's kickoff receive team muffed two kickoffs, twice giving the ball to Texas in great field position. Bama also missed a makeable field goal and an extra point. Finally, GMAC played with multiple cracked ribs, causing the coaching staff to plan and play essentially a run-only offense.

Oh, and Auburn is - and will forever be - the ONLY SEC team to lose a BCS championship game to a non-SEC school.
