This one
I have a confession to make. I thought I was going to take it to my grave, but alas I'm drunk so I'll spill.
One time, when I was a junior, me and my buddy were hammered and we walked under it on the way back from downtown.
I've never forgotten it and I've always regretted it. I'm truly ashamed and a small part of me will never forgive myself.

I've always held that unless you're conscious of the rule and able to consider what you're doing (i.e you're of age to grasp the concept, sober, of sound mind, etc) then it doesn't count. So... walking under the Arch drunk is perfectly acceptable. In fact, I think Abraham Baldwin and James Oglethorpe and Josiah Meigs would all want it that way
