is that official?

like I said I've heard from many places that only alums are allowed. But...I've also heard only freshman are NOT allowed. Is there a definitive source on this? We need answers. I feel like Rig woudl know.

When I attended...it was pretty much universal that no freshmen were allowed under and that it was a privilege for alums and upperclassmen.....that's as much thought as I gave it in the 5 years of my edumatation in Athens...

I think the official rule is no freshman. At least that's what my dad said back when he was in school(70s). Now every student doesn't walk under until graduation...I didn't walk under until graduation night and I still get a little sense of pride when I go back for games and get to walk under.

I did walk under back in 6th grade during my first trip to Athens though and I graduated no problem.
