And for OSU fan's sake, hope he doesn't destroy your program like he did UF's.

I am a student of the game of cfb. I played cfb and I watch and live cfb. I've lived in the south for 34 years. I am not such a OSU homer or BT homer that I can't objectively view the great football that has always been played in the SEC.

I know the situation at Fla. quite well. I think the Fla. fans' version of the state of the program left by UFM is incredibly exaggerated. IMO, Muschamp was a horrible D1 football coach that was 90% of the responsible party for where Fla. is and has been since UFM left. Every recruit on Fla. roster when UFM left was recruited by whose who in cfb. That their talents weren't developed, that they were not supplemented by the same caliber of new recruits, and that the whole team and coaching staff was nowhere on par with Fla. 2005-2010 is not on Meyer.

Muschamp, Mike Stoops, (Chizik..minus Scam Newton) Lane Kiffin....decent coordinators..some of the best around...absolutely horrible head coaches that can set programs back years.

Trust me, I know Muschamp was a horrible overall head coach

But Meyer's recruiting, especially on the entire offensive side of the ball, even in 08 and 09 before he retired and came back, with Tebow still there, was damn terrible.

Weis of course came in and attempted to install a pro-style offense with spread players, and that really didn't help, but the last legit WR that UF has had before Demarcus Robinson, was Percy Harvin and he was a 2006 recruit.

Muschamp was a disaster, but Meyer did NOT leave Muschamp a talented cupboard, at least on the offensive side of hte ball.
