TV and beer are nonsense. We have had cable television for 40 years. No one was going to games because the TV reception wasn't in HD. Students have been sneaking alcohol into games since football began. Even if stadiums started selling beer you know it is going to be overpriced so students would still sneak alcohol in




The only reason I didn't mention schedule quality is because we all know there's maybe 10 teams that have the depth to actually survive a daunting schedule without many injuries. But it's true, most major programs don't have a problem getting students in the seats during conference play.

Personally I've been going to LSU games so long to the point I only go in for SEC games and OOC games against teams that at least have a notable brand (ex: Virginia Tech coming to DV)
