But claiming Arkansas fans have something to be optimistic about and LSU fans don't is laughable, considering one is a tier 1-2 football school and the other barely belongs in the conference.

That card is truly ironclad. LSU never plays Arkansas in its Super Bowl. Also, since its hallmark is that LSU must pay Arkansas back in kind, the card admits what we already know--that Arkansas considers LSU its Super Bowl.
