I need to know what age group falls under "millenial" so I know if I need to be offended or not.

Generally people born from 83-95, imho.
The gnashing of teeth from older generations about us millenials is funny and the same as it ever was. The younger generations are always seen as soft, lazy, and entitled. We'll be saying the same things about our kids.
