I own the minority stake in a fencing company. The majority owner is looking to retire in 3-4 years, at which point I'll own it outright.
Be prepared to work a lot of hours if you want to be successful. I got in about 6 months ago and it's made me question my sanity, but it's worth it at the end of most days.
