They were easy balls too. White boy knew he screwed up big time.

247 Ranked the Top Performers from Tuesday's drills, the Top 3 were:

quote:

1. Shane Buechele (Texas commit)
Stats: 5 for 6, 3 TDs
Buechele earned the top spot in the Elite 11 rankings after Monday's workouts and he's got a strong chance of hanging onto that top spot after his Tuesday workout. The Texas commit connected on three deep ball touchdowns and was a split second away from connecting on a fourth.

2. Brandon McIlwain (South Carolina commit)
Stats: 6 for 6, 2 TDs
In the semifinals, McIlwain went 7 for 7 during a similar setting and he was once again perfect on Tuesday. Others look better at times when prospects are just throwing on air but when the competition heats up, McIlwain seems to rise to the challenge.

3. Brandon Peters (Michigan commit)
Stats: 6 for 6, 2 TDs
Quietly, Peters continues to be one of the most consistent performers in this Elite 11 group. There was never a doubt on any of his throws, he spun it well and put it on the money for every throw. Rarely do you see Peters throw a wobbler or skip a football.
