I'm assuming you are wanting to know if a team can use the "injury" excuse when defending whether or not their team is good.

My opinion is that injuries are part of the game and do a lot to expose depth issues. Teams that have injuries and still perform (Kenyan Drake last year), are good. Teams that have injuries and struggle (Treadwell), are bad.

Now imagine if it was Cooper, Henry, Yeldon, White, and Jones injured for Bama last year.
