Yep. I have no idea why he's looking at us when Mizzou went 5-7 in 2012 in large part due to injuries. I think suspensions are an excuse, because they are avoidable. Can't say the same thing for injuries.

I see your point where suspensions are avoidable, and injuries are part of the game, but I think you can make more of a case for an excuse about an injury than a suspension.

If we would have lost that game against Auburn because Tyrann Mathieu was suspended, I don't think people would have used that as an excuse as much as if we would have lost the game if he was hurt.

Bottom line is, excuses are for losers and winners don't use them.
