Harbaugh could easily have Michigan back in the top 10 in a couple of years while OSU is in the top 10.

People always assume the current state of a program will always remain static. It NEVER has and never will. Every program goes up and down.


This isn't my point and you're assuming a lot of things I'm not saying. I've clearly acknowledged that Meyer and Harbaugh could really rejuvenate that rivalry.

My point is that if we're going to insist on crowning winners in various categories of rivalry aspects, I think the Iron Bowl is winning the momentum category, the entertainment category, the intensity category and the recent importance category.

I acknowledged that the momentum could shift given the state of OSU and Harbaugh, but I think it would take a few years to solidify that, most likely.
