The NCAA has already extensively reviewed him for recruiting violations. Our whole '13 class was closely scrutinized. While it's possible something could be found, odds are more likely that if it hasn't been uncovered yet, it's not likely to be found now

The difference is that now the NCAA potentially has a motivated witness against one of the recruits in question. They haven't had that before.

I haven't kept up with this, but didn't his stepdad also mention agent benefits?

Possible but there will still need to be proof more than he-said,she-said allegations, which is all this is at the moment. They couldn't find proof in the past, so can the stepfather produce somethjng now? We shall see

Again, that is if they (the NCAA) is going after recruiting violations. The agent allegations are new and wouldn't likely involve OM (could explain why OM didn't need to attend the meeting)

Not to my knowledge, although I think he has implied it. He did allege improper benefits during recruitment.
