Why is Tennessee displaying 6 crystal balls in their new facility?

They claim 6 national championships, but only 2 of they were awarded by the coaches/UPI/BCS (1951 & 1998). But while watching their new facility video LINK, it plainly shows them displaying 6 crystal balls, which are the Coaches/BCS trophies.

I think his point being some of those titles didnt include "crystal balls". It looks like they've won 6 since the inception of the Bowl coalition/BCS which started in the early 90's when crystal footballs first started being awarded.

Well that would actually make sense considering they won the Coaches in 81 and all.

The actual crystal football trophy didn't start until 86.

Y'all have done it for years now but used wooden footballs for 38/40/51/67 instead of crystal ones. No more giving Baman fans crap over claims.

Alabama does not display 15 crystal balls. They display the 1992, 2009, 2011, and 2012 crystal balls, which were the BCS era trophies.
They display the other trophies won the other years (such as the AP, FWAA, etc).
Although Bama has won 8 Coaches/BSC trophies and are entitled to display 8 crystal trophies if they wanted to.
