Got to go with Baton Rouge. Great schools, culture, music and food. All the crime is black on black in black neighborhoods so since I'm white I'd have nothing to worry about.

I just watched a Frontline episode about how horrible the school situation is in BR. Then another documentary which started "Baton Rouge is a perfect place to live for an upcoming criminal". No thanks.

Baton Rouge is New Orleans with none of the redeeming factors.
