Literally everyone in Texas besides an Aggy can't stand an Aggy. Your original big brother would probably oversee the case and shite on you more than the LA judge will.

Stupid question, but this is probably the right place to ask it..
At what point do all coaches sign the document that the NCAA used to hammer Tressel with at Ohio State? You know, that annoying little piece of paper that states that they did not knowingly do anything against the NCAA rules nor witness any violation in the last year that they did not report?
I ask this because as soon as that is signed and turned over to the NCAA, then there is no real recourse for A&M to do but settle. If LSU pushes the issue and shows that Chavis was still an employee it moves from a small secondary violation to a much bigger issue.

Actually Texas can crank out some good judges and law grads. A Texas judge would make it a fair fight.
