We badly need football enhancements, especially the weight room & stadium is 4 decades behind. That said the IPF that opened in '12 cost $31 million and the upgraded training facility opening this fall had a $6 million price tag.
Stadium is reaching a point of critical mass though. I doubt much happens soon though with a HC that is so clearly in over his head.

Yeah but your baseball team is winning championships. They deserve it more than your football team.
