Which makes the whole situation all the more interesting. You can't have it both ways. Either SC is full of ignorant, racist rednecks, or it's a template of what the rest of the country should aspire to in handling race relations.

exactly. Baltimore's mayor would have given her left tit to have the civil/dignified reaction that SC residents had about these two issues.
