Between col reb and houston nutts accent the only way to bust that stigma was a big black smiley bear.

I figured that was it. Just like with the flag in South Carolina the oppossed or offended are unwilling to work toward a compromise that would respect everyone (except the extremistist on both sides) opinions. I think that a WWII type colonel riding in on a jeep or sherman tank would have been badass. Especially if there was Ms unit or soldier they could tie it to.
