To "piggy" back off what you guys are saying, if bama lost to wisconsin and georgia (or ole miss) and we beat the brakes off Texas A&M and Tennessee maybe we would get favored. Beating both of them by 30 a piece would turn some heads. Still a chance we wouldn't be favored anyways, though. Game is at Bryant-Denny.

for sure, but it's the wrong year for LSU fans to mention it

? by Kraut DawgObviously I think it's a week to week thing. I think Alabama has a lot of games they can lose this year: Wisconsin, UG, Arkansas, LSU, & Auburn
Wisconsin shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as the others. It's a complete mismatch for them.. and it is going to be an ugly game.

i know, just trying to set it up for someone else to run with it

south carolina > georgia
syracuse > wisconsin
western kentucky > charleston southern
eastern michigan < ulm
once again lsu has the tougher road while bama gets to slide in.

I can't imagine one. Now if we show up at the IB 6-5 and AU is 11-0 then yea but outside of some train wreck I can't fathom being an underdog.

Are you serious?
Most major polls have UGA and Wisconsin ranked, with UGA as high as #9 in some polls. Syracuse better than Wisconsin? Really?
Will these teams live up to the hype? Maybe, maybe not, but as of right now Alabama has a much more difficult schedule than LSU.

Nobody ever really beats Saban's Alabama teams, we only occasionally beat ourselves.

You wanna know the most amazing thing about the 69 game favored streak?
Alabama has faced the #1 ranked team 4 times during that stretch and was favored in all 4 (going 3-1 with the loss being in OT).
I'd love to see if 69 games is the record, it pretty much has to be.
The only way it ends is if Alabama drops a few games and looks ordinary and happens to be going up against a top 10 team, which inevitably will happen.
Potential spots for this year are at UGA and at Auburn, if Alabama loses to Wisconsin and Ole Miss and UGA is undefeated it would happen.
If Alabama has 2 losses and Auburn is undefeated (or has 1 loss) it could happen for that game too.
EDIT: Correction.

I don't think Alabama will be an underdog anywhere much at all especially against an LSU group of keystone cops...
Posted on 6/22/15 at 5:53 pm to IAmReality
of the two losses i know LSU was one of them. who was the other team that i can't think of right now? auburn?
