It's always been this way, UT had an 8 game streak from like 96 to 04 I think. It's streaky.
If I was a Bama fan and experienced that streak id probably be starting these threads now too.

It is an oddly streaky rivalry. I'd have to imagine since the mid 90s the series is about even in record.

Bama has the longest streak, from 1971-81, an 11 win streak. Now Saban has an 8 win streak. Saban hasn't lost to Tennessee since he's been at Alabama.
