It was reported that David Hooks' toxicology report indicated that he had meth in his blood.

Pictures of Mr. Hooks show a husky and healthy man who looks nothing like a meth user. When the raid started around 10:30PM Mr. Hooks was sound asleep and in bed. A 44 hour search of the house found no drugs and no drug paraphernalia. After the Hooks home was burglarized, Mr. Hooks called the police out to his home to report the burglary.

There is so much about this story that doesn't make sense. I'm starting to think that there is much more to this case than simply a botched drug raid and cover up.

What medications (if any) could give a false positive? If he was a user , where is the paraphernalia?
