The selectors don't want any conference to dominate the process, they want to "spread" the seeded teams out to expand interest. Given those FACTS...a 4th place finish in conference....ANY conference will no longer get you a top seed.....understand now ?
A 4th place finish just like say Florida. Oops. More failed logic.
