Far and away we are the best track and field conference in America. To the point where someone other then an SEC team winning a title is noteworthy.
After that... probably baseball and football fighting it out. We are getting much better at softball (well Arkansas wasn't this year) and our gymnastics programs are nothing to sneer at either.
Basketball seems to be weak link at the moment and both the women's and men's sides seem to be improving with the new influx of money. We are a pretty damn solid conference in all sports going forward.

Softball has been impressive. I think Hoops will definitely get better with some of the coaching hires brought on board (Howland, Barnes, White), which I thought was an issue. FB is definitely #1.

This is the correct answer, I imagine. Since 1992, current SEC teams have won 19 men's and 16 women's outdoor titles and 19 men's and 12 women's indoor titles. That's 70% of the possible titles in that timeframe.
It's also been multiple schools with success in the sport as Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, LSU, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas A&M all contributed national titles to that total number.
