I was using their ratings coming out of HS, Winston was a legit 4.5 Dual threat who could run he simply got bulky at Florida State.

JW is not a dual threat , his mobility is average at best.

His 40 time (4.97) was 13th out of QBs at the combine. In addition it was over .25 secs slower than the top 15 LBs and the top 15 DLs at the combine. It's not weight , he's slow by comparison. What happened him scramble , it's almost like he's clumsy, stumbling around , running wildly looking for anywhere to fall forward.

What he does well is slide and move in the pocket enough to find a window and then he absolutley has the arm and touch to get it there. That is every bit the definition of a traditional NFL QBs.
